Return and Refund Policy:
All our products are made with an adherence to our quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. As our products are natural, handmade, and artisan-made, there could be slight design variations in each product that lends individuality to it.
The products are not eligible for a refund. Customers can:
1) Either take an exchange
2) We will give a credit note to the customer which the customer can later use to place a new order.

Exchange request:
1) The exchange will only be applicable in case of a size concern.
2) The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit

We would accept return requests only if:
1) An incorrect product has been shipped to you
The return/exchange request should be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery through email/WhatsApp. Your message should include the reason for the return as well as the relevant images of the issue (the products should be in an unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact). Once our team investigates and confirms the return is valid, we will arrange the return pick-up from our end.
