Refund policy
Return and refund Policy:
All our products are made with an adherence to our quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. As our products are natural, handmade, artisan-made, there could be slight design variations in each product that lends individuality to it .
The products are not eligible for a refund. Customers can:
1) Either take an exchange
2) We will give store credit to the customer which can later be used by the customer to place a new order. The store credit does not have an expiry date, it can be used any time.
Exchange request:
1) The exchange will only be applicable in case of a size concern .
2) The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit
The return pick up will be arranged from our end, an the store credit will be issued once the product is received back at our warehouse and QC is done.
We would accept return/refund request only if:
1) An incorrect product has been shipped to you
The return/exchange request can be raised to us by contacting us through whatsapp or email within 5 days from the date of delivery. Your email should include the reason for return as well as the relevant images of the issue (images of the products in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact) Once our team investigates and confirms the return is valid, we will arrange the return pick up.
