• ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. The customer can write a mail to us or can directly message us on Instagram/Whatsapp.

• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The products are not eligible for a refund. The return/exchange request can be raised to us by writing back to us (mail) within 5 days from the date of delivery. In case we decide to accept the return, we will give the customers two options.

1) Either take an exchange
2) We will give a credit note to the customer which can later be used by the customer to place a new order
